InaNuts is an excellent alternative for people with metabolic syndrome, prediabetes or diabetes due to their low glycemic index.

Does the Butter need refrigeration?

It is really up to you and how fast you are going to consume it, but we guarantee you it's not going to last long!
You can keep it in a cool, dry place or refrigerate it if you prefer to eat your nut butter chilled. Plus, in the fridge you will avoid the amount of natural oil separation that occurs at room temperature.
 
In any case, don't forget to stir well to re-blend from the bottom-up before consuming.

What sweetners are used in your products?

We use a blend of Monk fruit extract and Erythritol.
 
Monk fruit is a small round fruit native of the remote mountains of Southern China and Nothern Thailand. Today, we can enjoy this wonderful sweet extract to sweeten foods and beverages.
Erythritol is an organic compound (known as sugar alcohol) derived from fruits and plants. With zero glycemic index, it doesn't raise blood sugar or insulin levels.
 
Monk fruit is about two hundred times sweeter than sugar. Erythritol is half as sweet. Therefore, the combination of the two, in our special recipe, is what gives InaNuts that perfect sweet taste...not too much, not too little...just perfect!

To guarantee the top freshness, all our products have a six-month shelf life from the manufacturing date if kept in the original airtight package/container.
